The role
The Forward Deployed Engineer (CareOps) works at the intersection of customers, data and production operations. You will configure and run our automation platform for healthcare practices, investigate issues end to end, and partner with customers on calls to scope and resolve problems.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain and support customer automation workflows in production
- Investigate and resolve data quality, reporting gaps, workflow behavior and operational incidents
- Run internal scripts and tooling for onboarding, go-lives, backfills and operational changes
- Join customer calls to scope issues, gather requirements and drive resolution
- Document outcomes, root cause and preventive measures
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and secure handling of sensitive data
What we look for
- Comfort reading and writing scripts against APIs and databases
- A bias for reproducing a problem before proposing a fix
- Clear written communication with people who are not engineers
- Experience with healthcare data, or the patience to learn it properly
- Willingness to be in Atlanta on a hybrid schedule
