GraphFlow: An Architecture for Formally Verifiable Visual Workflows Enabling Reliable Agentic AI Automation
A ten-step process that is 90% reliable at every step finishes correctly only about a third of the time. GraphFlow treats the workflow diagram as the executable specification so the steps can be checked rather than trusted. A year-long pilot across three clinical sites ran 8,728 workflow runs at a 97.08% success rate.
