Reza Hosseini Ghomi, MD, MSE
Co-founder and CEO
Boston-based neuropsychiatrist and engineer, Reza co-founded MedFlow to automate clinical workflows after building his first EHR in med school. He has launched four startups, including NeuroLex, a voice-biomarker firm acquired by Sonde Health. A dementia expert and cancer survivor, he has diagnosed over a thousand families and leads MedFlow from real-world ROI experience.
Luis Valles, MBA
Co-founder and COO
Brooklyn-based Luis brings strategy and growth expertise to MedFlow. An HBS alum, he served at Bain advising providers, payers and health-tech firms. He then scaled startups including Replica and OLX from $3M to $10M ARR. As Chair of the Ethics Council at Greater Boston Zen Center, he led community healing efforts.
Drew Morris
Co-founder and CTO
Atlanta-based technologist with more than twenty years of experience, Drew co-founded MedFlow and CodeDrifters. As CTO of NeuroLex until its 2020 acquisition, he advanced voice digital assays. He has collaborated with the CDC, FDA and HRSA, building pandemic systems serving 30M users a month and processing millions of lab samples. He holds multiple patents.
